It is suitable for drawing air or other gases without solid particles,non-corrosive,undissolved in water.The highest degree of vacuum can reach to 85%.It is use for water pump to draw air,water and vacuum.

Installment nad Usage

1.Installing 1/2" suspensible pipe in screw hole at the side of pump,then connecting the pipe,puting through in the water source or storage containers.

2.Using pipe to connect the inlet of vacuum pump with the part that needs vacuum.

3.Checking the fim state of all screws.

4.Rotating the spindle to check if any obstacles inside pump and if the impeller is jammed.

5.Putting through in the power supply to judge if the rotating direction of pump is right.

6.Pouring the circulating water into the pump,then start the pump.

7.When iperating in process,shuld check if the tightness of stuffing is suitable,ensuring the pump reach to the needed degree of vacuum as soon as possible.

8.When pump operating in a long term,should supplying cooling water and replenishing the consumptive ewater of water ring in a proper quantity through the spigot to ensure the vacuum pump in regular operating with high efficiency.

9.Once reaching to the degree of vacuum that pump needes,starting the pumpand stopping the vacuum pump at the same time.

Maintenance

1.The maintenance and usage of motor as its instruction.

2.Regularly check if all the screws keep tightening,inhaling pipe and stuffing seal keep sealing,rotatable parts have frictional noise and other abnormal noise.If have,stop the pump for repairing or changing the parts.

3.The circulating water that be poured into the pump must keep clean,any particles just like mud and sand are not allowed.

4.If the degree of vacuum not enough,must dismantling the shell of pump,check the gap between impeller and shell,impeller and cover.Adjusting the both sides gap of impeller within 0.30mm by filling the paper pad.Themore smaller of the gap,the better,but and friction is not allowed.

5.If the pump be used in winter,should preventing to be frozen to split,drawing put the water inside the pump if necessary.

6.If pump not in use for a long time,it should be sealed with oil.
